We combine unique high power speakers with a serious amplifier (50 watts per channel capability) creating a rich deep sound that comes from a beautiful piece of Vintage Luggage!

The sound!… Well it’s all about the speakers in this box. The stereo amp connects to (2) rugged sealed 5 inch 30 Watt speakers for full sound coverage. Then we add a very unique dual voice coil 60 watt woofer and protect that with a steel cover. The dual voice coils in that woofer allow for independent connection to both channels delivering the bass with efficiency. Surrounding those speakers with this vintage piece of luggage makes the magic happen… Surprisingly good sound from a surprising piece of decor.

The built in Bluetooth receiver allows this to connect to your phone, tablet or computer. Also includes a stereo AUX port with 3.5mm stereo input jack for direct connection. You can use this aux jack to attach to any standard 3.5mm stereo source. Use our GZ Gitty guitar attachment kit and rock out using your guitar. (only $30 more)

It is powered by an Internal Rechargeable 12v Lithium Ion Battery pack producing a lot of power. We provide a special Lion charger with it and it can be played while charging. How long will a charge last you say. We estimate over 8 to 24 hours of play time depending on how loud you play it. There is a optional battery upgrade for more portable time. (only $20 more for 12v 6800 MAhr battery)

The “Mini Roaring LION” is a custom built, designed & tested unique guitar dual powered AC/DC amplifier with built in pre-amp.It’s designed as a small portable amp but it still can fill rooms with sound. Don’t let it’s size fool you. It’s got some Yowza! Small but powerful. Looks good sounds great! Blows away those cheap Chinese mini amps.

The built in pre-amp feeds a 10 Watt power amp connected to a quality full range speaker. This pre-amp boosts the signal level of most pickups to a level that drives our power amp without a problem. Many cigar box guitars require an external pre-amp. This one does not.

It is powered by an included Internal 9v Lithium Ion Rechargeable Battery producing more power than a normal 9v Nicad. It can be recharged with a normal USB charger with a micro USB connector on it (not provided but you have these at home anyway). You can play while the battery is being charged! You can use our optional “USB Lion Power Pack Booster” with this amp (only $10 more) for up to 4 times more play time! It provides charging to your internal Lion battery while you play!

It’s sounds as good as it looks. It will fill any room in your home and suitable for small crowds.

The “Double Acid LION” is a custom built portable, dual powered AC/DC amplifier with a built in preamp. Rugged looking and loud enough for a street corner or your family room jam.

It’s built in a popular Acid Cigar box powered by a 30 watt (15 Watt per channel) stereo amp feeding 2 premium speakers and a sound hole. Power is supplied by a 12v 2800 mhr “built on” Lithium Ion Battery or an optional external 12V 2A DC power source (not provided). A built in pre-amp boosts the signal level of most pickups to a level they will drive the power amp without a problem. There is a gain control on the internal pre-amp that can be adjusted for proper gain of depending on the guitar and pickup you will use with this amp. Many cigar box guitars require an external pre-amp. This one does not.

The estimated run time will vary based on the type of battery used and the average power level. Normal use ( 2 watts continuous power to speaker) will give you over 15 hours of play time or over 6 on a street corner (it will outlast your fingers for the day). 9 Volt batteries won’t last 2 hours under that power drain. Unit comes with charger for Lion battery. The charger cannot be used to power the unit.

This pre-amp adequately boosts the signal level of most pickups to a level they will drive the power amp without a problem. Many cigar box guitars require an external pre-amp. This one does not.

It is powered by a 12v 2800 Mhr Lithium Ion Rechargeable Battery producing about 10x more power than a normal 9v Nicad. It can be recharged with a provided 12v Lion charger. We offer an optional 6800 mhr battery upgrade.

You can also play with a normal 12v 2a power supply (not supplied) that most of us have at hand.

It’s designed as a portable amp and capable of filling it can fill normal rooms with sound. It produces a lot of sound and can run for extended time period with the included battery pack.
