The “Mini LION” is a custom built, designed & tested unique guitar dual powered AC/DC amplifier. Powered source is selected by switch. It’s designed as a small portable practice amp. Don’t let it’s size fool you, it produces a lot of sound for an amp Powered by a 9 V Battery, but it’s not a normal 9 V Battery. It’s a built in rechargeable 9 V 650 mhr Lithium Ion Battery. It’s even louder with an optional 12 v DC power adapter. You can use our optional “USB Lion Power Pack Booster” with this amp.
But wait there’s more… you can recharge it with your phone’s normal micro USB 5 V charger! and you can keep playing while it’s recharging! That means long play times. You have four sources of power (1) Battery (2) Battery with USB charger (3) 12 V DC power supply (4) our optional “USB Lion Power Pack Booster” (only $10 more) for 5 times more play time!
It can be recharged with your own normal USB phone charger with a micro USB connector on it (Note: at this price the charger is not provided but you have these at home anyway).
This amp runs a full 8 hours + at normal listen levels. Your experience may vary if you blast it at full vol you still can get 4 hours of play. You can even play while the battery is being charged or use our “USB Lion Power Pack Booster” for many more hours of continuous play.
